For getting an approval it’s needed to be delivered:

Request (made blank for from the municipality)

Towards the request are also subscribed:

  1. Certificate from the register of the activity,
  2. Utility permission for the object,
  3. Precise description of the commercial favors which will be given to the JPP,
  4. Design-sketch of the continued condition of the requested area with précising of the furniture and the equipment that the requester wants to use on that area in the scale 1:50
  5. Evidence of paid 300 denars on the name of the administrative taxes
The duration of bringing the act is 7 days after the reception of the complete documentation.
