For getting of the approval it’s needed to be delivered:

Request (made blank form from the municipality)

Towards the request are also subscribed:

Evidence for possession of the object for which is need a releasing, a photocopy form the private property paper, an agreement for gift and contract of sale and purchase
Evidence for paid 50 denars on the name of the administrative taxes.

The time limit for bringing the act is 5 days after the receiving of the complete documentation.
