Employment of Civil Servants
- The Mayor shall make a Decision for confirming the needs for new employment. Pursuant to the Rulebook for systematization the decision with request for signing an ad is submitted to the Agency for Civil Servants.
- The Agency publishes the ad in two daily newspapers.
- The Agency establishes a mix Commission for taking the professional exam for civil servants. The Commission is mixed from the Agency and the Municipal administration. The Professional exam is taken in the Agency for Civil Servants.
- The Mayor establishes a Commission for making rang list from the candidates that have passed the professional exam. The Commission is mixed from the Municipal Administration and the Agency for Civil Servants.
- The Commission for establishing the rang list shall interview all the candidates who have passed the exam. The prepared ran list shall be submitted to the Mayor of the Municipality.
- The Mayor shall select the candidates from the submitted rang list.
- The entire procedure is regulated by the Law for civil servants.
Act for reception of the administrative – technical workers
- The Mayor shall make a decision for establishing the needs for new employment. The ad is published in two daily newspapers.
- The Mayor establishes a Commission to determine the candidates who qualify and fulfill the conditions.
- The commission provides an overview of the candidates who fulfill the conditions after the ad.
- The Mayor is choosing from the candidates.
The entire procedure is regulated by the Law for Labor relations.
