Decision on determining the sales tax on the real estate contract for life support

To obtain a solution people need to complete tax return application for the sales tax on the real estate (final form by the municipality) with:

Three effective solutions from the heritage- one original, two notarized copies,
Marriage or birth certificate,
Property sheet,
Proof of paid 300 denars on the name of the administrative fee.
Certificate for paid taxes with the paid administrative fees of 100 denars for each agreed side.

The deadline for adoption of the Act is 30 days after the receipt of the complete documentation.
